Assisted in the development of strategic marketing plans with key customers/partners to amplify the NRG Renew brand and drives sales
Managed the digital and web presence, including day-to-day content updates for NRG Renew properties
Drove cross-functional collaboration and created strong working relationships with all channels including events and sponsorships, PR, legal, branding, marketing channels, sales and product development to deliver superior customer engagement
Supported and aided in establishing strong relationships with senior executives to gain alignment on marketing strategy
Ensured consistency through all communications and alignment to the overarching NRG brand story
Collected and analyzed market and demographic data to identify trends and potentials, user biases and preferences, and provided recommendations based on findings
Provided direction to in-house and external creative teams, fostering and managing relationships with agencies, writers, architects, fabricators, designers, etc.
Determined strategic approach, content and level of medium that most effectively met objectives, deadline and budget
Results:
Created on-site interactive experience for Necker Island microgrid to educate, inspire and inform Caribbean government officials, c-suite and other influencers on the benefits and cost savings associated with renewables and distributed generation technologies
Assisted in the formation of co-marketing agreements for customers and partners at major Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco, Whole Foods, Virgin Ltd. and Starwood
Launched international expansion of NRG Renew into South African market, including brand launch and mass media awareness campaign
Developed strategy and executed activation plan for NRG presence at the 2015 Obama Clean Energy Summit, in addition to other priority sponsorships for NRG Renew
